As a member of the Blasting Advisory Board, I will continue to collaborate with our state legislators to bring relief to our residents who are adversely affected by local mine blasting.

I want to maintain high levels of service to ensure safety in our neighborhoods. I want to do this by:

1. Increase funding to our first responder groups.

2. Creating a safety enhancement plan in Miami Lakes that makes sure we step it up when it comes to matters dealing with public safety.

I don’t want our town to face any more safety labilities, so I want to make sure that all of our trees and sidewalks are properly maintained.
